Strategic Planning Software does not allow simultaneous logins from the same user: if this is detected, only the last logged-in user can use the software. You can share a project with one or more persons by using the Share option next to the project in the Project menu. Everyone you add works in the same project with their own login.

Use the print button on a module tab, or the "Print entire project" button in the workspace sidebar. This opens a print view; choose "Save as PDF" (or "Save to PDF") as the destination in your browser's print dialog to produce a PDF file.

AI credits pay for the AI research and text generation that powers the New Projects area. Credits are shared across all your projects, and a project can only run AI actions while your balance is positive. When your credits run out you can buy a recharge or activate a new license. When your license expires, any unused credits expire with it and cannot be restored.

Open the Project menu and choose "Redeem License", then paste your license key and activate it. Activation starts the license duration and adds its projects and AI credits to your account. Each key can be redeemed once.

Yes. When more than one model is available, a model selector appears next to your credit balance in the workspace sidebar. Models differ in quality and in price, and your chosen model applies to all AI actions until you change it.

No AI output should be accepted unchecked. The software marks where each value came from, distinguishing values found in public sources from values recalled from the model's general knowledge. Every value and analysis can be reviewed, corrected, or replaced before you save it, and you remain responsible for the final content of your plan.

Yes, if your license grants more than one project. Your license defines how many projects you can create or redeem and for how long access stays active. You can switch between your projects from the Project menu; sharing a project also gives other users access to it without consuming their own project allowance.

10 credits buys roughly 2 million tokens on a small model, 1 million tokens on a medium model, and 500,000 tokens on a large model. Since one token is roughly 0.75 words, that works out to approximately 1.5 million words on a small model, 750,000 words on a medium model, and 375,000 words on a large model. These are rough estimates: the exact number depends on the quality and pricing of the model, and on how much of the budget is spent on input versus output tokens.
